Paul Segreto, CFE, CFB
Franchise and Restaurant Operations Expert

Paul Segreto is a Co-Founder and President of National Franchise Advisors (NFA).  Paul has a wide range of franchising experience, is a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) and a Certified Franchise Broker (CFB). He brings his unique perspective, entrepreneurial spirit and extensive industry experience to his role within NFA.  He also serves as CEO of Franchise Foundry, a strategic partner of NFA, and is the founder of the popular podcast “Franchise Today”.   For over thirty five years he has exclusively served the franchise industry as a multi-unit franchisee, area developer, senior level corporate executive, consultant, coach, and advocate.  Whether it is to assist a portfolio client with growth, or help one of our clients find the right franchised business, Paul is dedicated to franchise success at all levels.  In 2014 and 2015 Paul was named Top 100 Champion Small Business Influencer by “Small Business Trends”.

John Colarossi is a Co-Founder and CEO of National Franchise Advisors (NFA).  Throughout his successful career, John has shown outstanding results working with private equity firms on acquisitions and corporate turnarounds.  His focus on value proposition, position within the marketplace, and key factors influencing profitability, helps companies build significant value and drive sustainable growth.  He has effectively helped struggling businesses redefine their current strategy in light of today’s changing markets.  In addition to over 20 years of franchise management experience with several major brands, John has also developed, and currently leads, a web-based management training company focused on the needs of small businesses in developing their personnel.

Tom Fragale
Expert Computer Software Consultant and Trainer

Tom Fragale is a computer professional with over 30 years of professional experience consulting and providing custom software solutions. His clients include many Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, military bases, and companies large and small across many industries, including manufacturing, banking, pharmaceutical, education, retail, etc. He started his career as a database application programmer and has served as a consultant and project manager on many successful projects. His topics of expertise include: Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Crystal Reports, SQL Server, Visio, VBA, QuickBooks, and SharePoint, among others. His passion is training people and helping people get the most out of their computers, and he is a published author having written a book on Microsoft Access. He graduated in 1988 from LaSalle University in Philadelphia, PA with a BA in Computer Science.

Linée Ferguson, SPHR, SHRM-SPC

Linée Ferguson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is a master Trainer, Consultant and Human Resources Expert. With more than 25 years in HR operations, she’s had consulting engagements with Siemens, Best Buy and United Way. Some of  Linée’s focus areas include strategic planning, succession management, benefits cost containment and recruitment design as well as policy administration and HR Startups. As Senior Consultant with Master the Workplace, LLC, Linée brings a fresh approach to managing human resources where she helps business leaders and owners embrace the true value of HR so that they can transform their human resources function into a profit center.

Linée holds a B.B.A. in Computer Information Systems and an M.S. in Urban Studies. She’s also a certified background investigator and adjudicator. Linée enjoys being of service in her community. She regularly volunteers with Sun Sounds Radio (a non-profit organization that provides audio access to information for people who cannot read print due to a disability) and serves on the Self Insurance Board for the City of Mesa, AZ.

During his tenure as a senior member of the Assistant Secretary’s management team he helped lead a decline in the injury / illness and fatality rates to the lowest levels in the nation’s history. With more than 20 years of industry and government experience, he has extensive professional expertise in industrial engineering and construction, OSHA regulatory management, manufacturing, and process manufacturing technology development. He possesses 7 utility patents and holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and MBA in Finance.


Michael J. Tucci, P.E.
Environmental Strategies and Compliance Professional

Tucci, P.E., a Senior Project Manager at IES Engineers has over 10 years of experience working with clients in various industry sectors to comply with complex federal and state regulations, including RCRA and others. Mike has vast project experience, which includes working with commercial, industrial, and institutional project stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes on a wide variety of projects. His project experience has involves clients who operate in many different business sectors. Mike has performed environmental and regulatory audits for clients spanning many sectors from the pharmaceutical to institutional industries. Focusing on and identifying gaps in client environmental strategies and compliance, he has been able to identify gaps and prevent enforcement action. Areas of experience relate to Clean Air Act (CAA), Clean Water Act (CWA), RCRA, OSHA, among many others.

Mike’s audit experience includes detailed facility inspections, and review of generator records to determine compliance with the complex RCRA regulations. Additionally, Mike has developed compliance strategies and has assisted clients to minimize the impacts of regulatory agency enforcement actions. In addition to being a registered Professional Engineer (P.E.), Mike has a BS in Civil Engineering from Drexel University and is pursuing a MS in Environmental Engineering from Temple University.
